Our Mission
Give every service, especially those without a compliance team, a clear, up-to-date view of where they stand. We start with the three areas that carry the most risk: child enrolment records, staff currency, and incident notifications. We work alongside the management systems services already trusted, and never replace them. For other providers, compliance is one feature among many. For us, it’s the only thing we build.

Founder Story - Why ab8 was built
I’m Niloy, the founder of ab8. I’ve spent my career in quality assurance and management across healthcare, education, and supply chain management technology, where every requirement must trace back to a standard, and every claim needs evidence.
I first got drawn into Compliance when I led quality assurance for a new procurement system for a large Australian Childcare provider. I saw directors carrying the same regulatory weight, often alone, with spreadsheets, paper folders, and management systems never built to show compliance gaps for timely mitigation.
That didn’t seem fair to them, or to the children in their care. So I built ab8 to bring the discipline I know from healthcare to the services that need it most and can least afford it: clear, regulation-linked checks that run quietly in the background, so leaders spend less time chasing evidence and more time with children, educators and families.
We start small on purpose. Compliance LITE covers three high-risk areas completely rather than everything loosely, because I’d rather earn a director’s trust than oversell to them.
