We're looking for
- A single service or small group (up to ~10 services)
- A director or nominated supervisor willing to spend 20-minute sessions (two per week) with us early on
- Uses a CCMS that can pass information to LITE
- Located anywhere in Australia
How we'll know it's working
- ≥ 85% of pilot services identify at least one previously unrecognised or unprioritised compliance gap
- < 60 minutes from first upload to an actionable dashboard
- ≥ 50% reduction in reported time spent locating and preparing in-scope evidence
